Prof. Dr. Wayne D. Hoyer
Wayne D. Hoyer is Professor and Chairman at the Department of Marketing at the University of Texas, Austin, USA. His research interests include consumer Information Processing and Decision Making, Customer Relationship Management, and Advertising Information Processing (including Miscomprehension and Humor).
While visiting the Marketing Center Münster, Wayne D. Hoyer will be teaching several lectures of the course “Consumer Behavior” for master students. Objectives of this course are amongst others to get a detailed understanding of the internal processes which determine the human behavior and to expand student’s knowledge of consumers' decision making and information processing.
