    The Marketing Center Münster (MCM) is very pleased to welcome Assistant Professor Stijn Maesen from the Imperial College Business School this winter semester. Professor Maesen received his Ph.D. in Marketing from KU Leuven. Before entering the Ph.D. program, he worked in marketing research for GfK. His research centers on the retail sector, delving into the market implications of various marketing strategies employed by retailers. Stijn's work has been featured in esteemed publications such as the Journal of Marketing and the Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science. Notably, his study on the influence of nutritional labeling on in-store purchasing behavior earned him the 2020 AMS Mary Kay Doctoral Dissertation Award.
