Research Area Human Resource Management

The future of HR management is influenced by long-term, multi-dimensional change in society. These changes influence the challenges and tasks facing human resources management. Personnel management must provide solutions for the demographic development of the society and its value transformation as well as for the digitization and virtualization of work as well as for the permanent change. Current research projects address, for example, to increase employer-attractiveness in general, to create employer branding, to design new forms of work in digital change, or to develop digital, flexible and agile structures in personnel management.
