Sustainability - Does it matter for the CFO? Virtual Event with Deloitte on March 23, 2021

On Tuesday,  March 23, 2021, 4:00-5:30 p.m., Deloitte hosts a virtual event on the topic "Sustainability - Does it matter for the CFO?". The event is directed at Bachelor's and Master's students who are interested in how sustainability affects the finance and controllership function and which challenges CFOs face with regard to regulatory, societal and economical requirements. Further, students are given the opportunity to get first-hand insights into the work of the Finance & Performance team at Deloitte. The event will be held in German.

Introduction to academic research and writing on April 22, 2021

On the beginning of the coming summer term our Chair again offers the seminar Introduction to academic research and writing on April 22, 2021. The seminar will take place via Zoom and is directed at Bachelor students who are about to write their Bachelor's thesis. Topic covered include literature search, correct citation of sources and academic standards and ethics.

Welcome event Major Accounting

Teaching and communication with our Chair in the winter term 2020

Teaching in Winter 2020

Due to the current Covid-19 pandemic, the upcoming winter term will start on November 2, 2020.

Our Chair will offer and teach all courses that were scheduled for the winter term. As last summer term and in line with the University's rules and guidelines, we are adjusting to teaching all courses digitally - with a mix of synchronus and asynchronus learning opportunities.
