Last week we had the pleasure of welcoming Theresa Humpe, Sarah Markic, and Robin Wershoven from SET MC, who presented an interesting project from their current consulting experience, which perfectly matched the content of our master course “Performance Management & Strategy Execution”. In an interactive format, our guests engaged our students in a lively discussion centering around role responsibilities, appropriate performance measures, and the impact of corporate culture on the performance management system.
