Master seminar at Schloss Raesfeld with Rödl

From Wednesday to Friday last week, our master seminar on “Value Creation” took place at Schloss Raesfeld in collaboration with the Transaction & Valuation Services team of Rödl  in Hamburg.

Over three intensive days, our students presented and discussed their seminar papers on topics such as executive incentives, M&A, deal structuring, earn-outs, post-merger integration, corporate communication, and organizational culture.

Ceremonial PhD graduation ceremony for Lena Stein-Warburg

Last Tuesday, Lena Marie Stein-Warburg successfully defended her cumulative doctoral dissertation titled “Seal the Deal: How Similarity and Linguistic Signals Shape Investor Decisions in Entrepreneurial Pitches.” One day later, we had the pleasure of celebrating this important milestone together during the official PhD ceremony at the university.
