The 2025 EAWOP conference in Prague brought together researchers from across Europe to discuss pressing questions in work and organizational psychology. The article "Differential Behavioural Pathways Linking Personality to Leadership Emergence and Effectiveness in Groups" by Felix Hoch and his colleagues Tobias Härtel & Mitja Back was published in the Journal Personality and Social Psychology Bulletin (PSPB).
We are happy to announce a new publication in the Journal of Organizational Behavior. The article titled "Leader inclusiveness and team resilience capacity in multinational teams: The role of organizational diversity climate" by Andreas Hundschell, Julia Backmann, Amy Wei Tian, and Martin Hoegl examines how leaders can enhance the resilience of multinational teams through inclusiveness and how the diversity climate influences this relationship.
The Chair for Transformation of Work (ToW) was once again represented at this year's Academy of Management (AOM) Conference, which took place in Chicago in 2024.
