Simona Töpfer joins the Chair for Transformation of Work

We are happy to welcome Simona Töpfer as a new research assistant and doctoral candidate at the Chair for Transformation of Work 🎉

Simona completed her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at the University of Göttingen and recently finished her Master’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Marketing and a minor in Entrepreneurship at the University of Münster. During her studies, she gained international experience through semesters abroad in the United States and Sweden.

We would like to thank Felix Hoch for his contributions to the Chair of Transformation of Work and the ChanCe since 2022.

🎓 Research & academic contribution
As an Assistant Professor, Felix contributed to our research, teaching, and academic environment. His research focuses on leadership and diversity in changing work contexts, with a particular emphasis on gender diversity, innovation in digital environments, and the transformation towards new work models such as the four-day workweek.

Exam Inspection: "Organizational Development"

The schedule for reviewing the master's exam in “Organizational Development” from the 2025/26 winter term has now been set. The review session will take place on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. under exam conditions.

Inspection is only possible with prior registration. The duration of the inspection is limited to 30 minutes. On May 4, 2026, we will notify you of your assigned time slot and the designated room.
