Letizia Tschetsche has joined the team of the Chair for Transformation of Work as a research assistant on November 1, 2024.

Ms. Tschetsche completed a master's degree in “Psychology - Human Performance in Socio-Technical Systems” at the Technical University Dresden. In the coming years, she will continue to do research on issues related to humans at work as part of her doctoral thesis. Her research will focus on the use of (generative) artificial intelligence in organizational development and its impact on structures, processes and culture, as well as on the employees themselves and their cooperation.
