Johannes Hüby, M. Sc. has been a doctoral researcher at the University of Münster since April 2023. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration as well as Economics and a Master's degree in Management from the University of Münster. During his studies, he gained international experience at Griffith University in Australia and Seoul National University in South Korea. His research is driven by the question of how flexible working arrangements can foster both organizational performance and employee well-being. In this context, his work particularly focuses on the four-day workweek, employer attractiveness, and work-life balance. Alongside his doctoral studies, he works in the Advisory practice at KPMG.
