The class presents a unique opportunity for master students to explore how ESG (environmental, social, and governance) factors are measured and incorporated into modern investment strategies.
The B Academics Awards, presented for the first time this year, recognize exceptional commitment to sustainability, innovation and leadership. We are pleased to announce that Prof. Nadja Guenster and her three co-authors Ine Paeleman (University of Antwerp), Tom Vanacker (Ghent University) and Ana Siqueira (William Paterson University), have won this year's B Academics Award for the best publication of the year for "The Consequences of Financial Leverage: Certified B Corporations' Advantages Compared to Common Commercial Firms".
At the end of the 2023/24 winter semester, the members of Finest in Finance met for a team-building event away from the subject-specific content. To mark the occasion, the members played an escape room in three groups last Friday. Of course, there was a little internal competition to see which team could leave the room the quickest. However, the focus was on having fun. After just over an hour of riddling, solving puzzles and trying things out, the pleasant end to the semester finished for some members with a cold drink together in Münster's city center.
