In mid-March, the traditional Skiseminar of the Finance Center Münster took place in the picturesque Pitztal in Austria. The students kicked off the seminar with an engaging case study by DZ Bank, which focused on corporate lending. The case study provided practical insights into the decision-making processes and requirements involved in corporate financing. Throughout the day, participants enjoyed the opportunity to hit the slopes of the Pitztal Glacier, while engaging in informal networking. In the evenings, students presented their seminar papers, which covered a broad range of topics, from the impact of FOMC meetings on asset prices to the growing trend of sustainability-linked loans.

The seminar concluded with a lecture by our practice partner, zeb consulting, which offered valuable insights into the current financial landscape and innovative consulting approaches.
