Experimental Finance Summer School & Conference 2024
Teambuilding Event
Towards the end of the 2024 summer semester, the members of Finest in Finance (FiF) got together for a team-building event away from subject-specific content. This semester, the FiF members went canoeing on the Werse near Münster. Of course, there was a small internal competition to see which boat would reach the final destination the fastest. However, the focus was on having fun and relaxing after a stressful semester.
2024 ASFAAG Conference
Our colleagues Alexander Nitschke and Charly Gräfe presented their research papers at the ASFAAG Conference in Athens, Greece, in July.
We congratulate Alexander on getting the award for the best PhD paper.

CV and application coaching with Procter & Gamble
On June 25, the members of the Finest in Finance (FiF) excellence program had the opportunity to attend an insightful event hosted by Procter & Gamble. The event provided a comprehensive overview of the journey from application to securing an contract offer. Collaborating with FiF members, the speakers delved into the dos and don’ts of creating an effective CV. Emphasis was placed on the importance of tailoring CVs to align with specific job postings, ensuring they best match the desired profile.
