At the TSI Congress 2022 in Berlin, the most important event of the securitisation industry in Germany, Prof. Dr. Andreas Pfingsten and Dr. Philipp Klein presented the current IFK study "Aktive Kreditrisiko-, Eigenkapital- und Liquiditätssteuerung: Eine Analyse assetbasierter Instrumente". In a panel chaired by Hans W. Reich (Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Stiftung Kapitalmarktforschung and formerly Chairman of the Board of Managing Directors of the KfW), they discussed the topic "Verbriefungen als Instrument zur Eigenkapitalsteuerung bei Banken – Wissenschaft & Praxis" with Dr.
Reception for new master's students with major finance
The FCM is excited to welcome the new master's students with major finance and holds a reception for new graduate students on Thursday, October 6 at 4:00pm in the J4 lecture hall. Participants will be given general information on the course program. We are happy to announce that thereafter Matthias Brinkert from the pension fund Ärzteversorgung Westfalen-Lippe will hold a guest lecture on “Alternative Investments aside from the Capital Market”. Former FCM doctoral student honored at FIRM research award ceremony
This summer, the Frankfurt Institute for Risk Management and Regulation awarded the FIRM Research Prize for the fourth time. The research prize is awarded every two years to outstanding dissertations in economics in the field of "financial intermediaries".

The inspection of the exams "Financial Intermediation II" and "Rating and Capital Market" of the Chair of Banking for the summer term 2022 will take place on October 20th, 2022 in room JUR 272 between 09:00 am and 10:00 am.
No registration is needed in advance.
BWL1 exam inspection summer term 2022
The exam inspection for the BWL1 exam from the summer term will take place on Monday, 10.10.2022 from 08:00-10:00 in room JUR2. Students need a valid identification document (student ID or ID card) to participate.
The current regulations for the conduct of classroom events as well as the central hygiene regulations of the University of Münster and the School of Business and Economics apply.
Exam Inspection for the Chair of Sustainable Finance
The exam inspection for the Chair of Sustainable Finance for the summer semester 2022 will take place on the 29th of September, 2022, in Hörsaal H4, from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. The inspection covers the exams “Corporate Governance and Responsible Business Practices/Advanced Sustainable Finance” and “Socially Responsible Investing” as well as the resit exams “Introduction to Advanced Finance” and “International Financial Management”.
