Letizia Tschetsche, M. Sc. has been a research assistant and doctoral candidate at the ToW since November 2024. Previously, she completed a master's degree in psychology with a focus on human performance in socio-technical systems at Dresden University of Technology. In addition to her studies, she gained experience in research on the transformation of work as well as in practice in personnel and corporate development. In addition to investigating recovery processes within and outside the work context, her main areas of interest included research into the influence of digital change on work activities. In the future, her research will focus in particular on the use of generative artificial intelligence in organizational development and its impact on work structures, work processes and organizational culture, as well as on the employees themselves and their communication and collaboration.
