Application process

Application and admission to the Major in Accounting takes place within a centralized application procedure for the Master's program in Business Administration at the School of Business and Economics at the University of Münster. The program starts in the winter semester (October of the respective year). An application can be submitted annually at the beginning of May using our application portal.

There are two application phases and deadlines for the Master's program in Business Administration at the University of Münster. Once the complete application documents have been received by the first application deadline (beginning of June), they will be reviewed. If the outcome is positive, you may receive a letter of admission as early as the end of June. If no letter of admission is issued in the first admission round, the application will be reviewed again after the second application phase. The deadline for the second application phase is mid-July. At the beginning of August, the student admissions office will send out the letters of admission for the second application phase.
