Presentation of the research paper at the RENT 2023 in Gdansk

Our research assistant and Ph.D. student Kristin Gisa presented the second paper of her dissertation at the RENT conference in Gdansk, Poland, last week. In her work, she analyzes the impact of green manufacturing on companies in the S&P500 index.

RENT addresses research in the field of entrepreneurship and innovation and was organized by the European Council for Small Business and Entrepreneurship and the European Institute for Advanced Studies in Management. The overarching theme of this year's conference was "Taming Uncertainty." Various research papers dealing with how companies cope with uncertainty were presented and discussed. In the course of this, two exciting keynotes were held on current data and trends in the entrepreneurship scene and on migrant entrepreneurship.

Among others, the conference trip was financially supported by the Santander Mobility Fund.
