Prof. Dr. David Bendig, Prof. Dr. Simon Hensellek and Dr. Julian Schulte have published a new article in the top journal "Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice" entitled "Beneficial, Harmful, or Both? Effects of Corporate Venture Capital and Alliance Activity on Product Recalls".

The paper examines the effects of corporate venture capital (CVC) and alliance activity with respect to product safety, taking into account different levels of market turbulence. The study uses a resource-based learning perspective and panel data from large US firms to examine the relationship between CVC and alliance activity and the likelihood of product recalls.
