From Wednesday to Friday last week, our master seminar on “Value Creation” took place at Schloss Raesfeld in collaboration with the Transaction & Valuation Services team of Rödl  in Hamburg.

Over three intensive days, our students presented and discussed their seminar papers on topics such as executive incentives, M&A, deal structuring, earn-outs, post-merger integration, corporate communication, and organizational culture.

The seminar combined academic research with practical insights from transaction, valuation, and advisory work but also left room for networking, informal exchange, and enjoyable evenings together.
