This term’s seminar focuses on “Case Studies in Strategic Management Accounting & Value Creation.” Students will analyze selected firms in depth, including their competitive environment, business model, market outlook, strategic positioning, and key value drivers. At the heart of each case are financial and data analyses that help assess strategic options and derive evidence-based implications for managerial decision-making.
