On 07.07.2020 from 9:00 to 13:00 (via Zoom), the Chair of Management Accounting & Control will offer a course about academic writing. It is adressed to bachelor students and will teach the basics of academic writing in the field of Business Administration. We will provide information on literature, structure, process of writing, correct citation etc. The objective is to prepare students for their bachelor thesis and to facilitate its beginning.
From June 2020, the Chair of Management Accounting & Control will be responsible for the transfer of credits from abroad for the Accounting Center Münster.

After consultation with the dean's office and the examination office, exams at our Chair scheduled for the end of the first term ("vorgezogene Prüfungsphase") will take place as online exams. This applies to the bachelor course "Controlling" and our master course "Strategic Management Accounting". Any further details with regard to the process and regulations of the examination will be provided in the respective Learnweb courses in due time.
In the past days we received multiple enquiries with regard to the organisation of examinations undertaken in this summer term. Currently, the university's rectorate, our dean's office, the exmanination office and all Chairs are in close coordination in order to evaluate and plan how and when examinations will be offered this semester. Thus, we are unable to unilateraly provide information beyond what has been communicated by the dean's office and the examination office.

Unfortunately, the seminar Plausibilisierung von Business Plänen is cancelled and will not be offered in the upcoming summer term. We are planning to offer the course again in the summer term of 2021 the latest.
Teaching in Summer 2020
Due to the current Covid-19 pandemic, the upcoming summer term will start on April 20, 2020.
Our Chair will offer and teach all courses that were scheduled for the summer term. Nevertheless, we will make some adjustments, especially concerning the way courses are taught during the summer term. This will include a focus on digital learning opportunities. We are currently in close contact with the university's administration and our department and are working on any necessary adjustments with regard to our courses.
