This week, we were pleased to welcome colleagues from SET once again to our master course, “Performance Management & Strategy Execution”.

Building on our longstanding collaboration, Theresa Humpe, Lasse Surman, and Robin Wershoven presented a current project from their consulting practice that closely aligns with the themes of the course. In an interactive session, they worked with our students on topics such as role responsibilities, design of performance measures, and the influence of corporate culture on performance management systems.

We would like to thank Theresa, Lasse, Robin, and SET for their continued cooperation and for bringing practice-oriented perspectives into our classroom. We also wish our students all the best for the upcoming exams and a relaxing holiday season.
