Last week, our PhD students Simon Schölzel and Hannes Doering presented their joint research project at the 2023 European Academy of Management conference at Trinity College Dublin in Ireland.

Their work on measuring transformational change and its economic consequences fit right in with the motto of the conference “Transforming Business for Good”. Besides their fruitful presentation and subsequent Q&A session, the two engaged in various lively discussions with other conference participants on important ongoing matters in the transformation of business.
