Last week, our team had the pleasure of attending the 20th Annual Conference for Management Accounting Research (ACMAR) on WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management’s Vallendar campus.
Just as last year, we again experienced insightful keynotes, great paper presentations, and lively discussions.

A personal highlight for our whole team, however, was the great presentation by our PhD student Silvan Kindinger, who presented his dissertation project on target ratcheting.

We would like to thank the organizers and everybody involved for the outstanding organization and hospitality, which make this conference so special. We also want to thank the various researchers and practitioners for their interesting presentations and discussions.
We are already looking forward for next year's conference!
