Simona Töpfer, M.Sc., has been a research assistant and doctoral candidate at the Chair for Transformation of Work since May 2026. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Göttingen and a Master’s degree in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from the University of Münster. During her studies, she gained international experience through semesters abroad in Colorado, USA, and at Umeå University in Sweden.
Alongside her studies, she co-founded the climate-tech startup SEADS. This experience has shaped her interest in dynamic, agile, and transformation-oriented teams and organizations. At the Chair for Transformation of Work, she now examines these topics from a research perspective, focusing on how teams adapt, collaborate, and make decisions in changing organizational environments.
