Dr. Matthias Sinnemann completed his doctorate at the Ruhr University Bochum. Afterwards he took the position of Assistant Professor at the Chair of Transformation Work. In addition to research stays at the University of Windsor (CA), he studied at the ISCTE Business School in Lisbon and the VSE University of Economics in Prague. Along with the 4-day Work Week, his current research focuses particularly on creativity and innovation in teams through virtual collaboration. He also works on topics such as virtual reality and artificial intelligence, with a specific focus on employer attractiveness in times of technological change.
