Beatrice Schuldt, M.Sc. has been a research assistant and doctoral candidate at the Chair of Transformation of the Working World since February 2023. She previously completed a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Management and Information Systems at the University of Münster. In her research, she focuses on the effects of mobile working on the private and professional aspects of employees. This includes, for example, changes in collaboration, work-life balance and mental health, as well as employee performance and results. In addition to research, Ms. Schuldt gathered various practical experience primarily in the areas of IT consulting, project management and strategy consulting.
