Rick Shi M.Sc.

Rick Shi is currently pursuing his doctorate degree at the Chair of Transformation Work as an external student. His research efforts are largely dedicated to intercultural team management in multinational companies, and the role of artificial intelligence plays in cross-lingual collaborations. Besides his doctoral studies, Rick also occupies a full-time position in finance sector with more than ten years experiences in structured finance and commercial real estate finance. Rick holds an MBA from HEC Paris and speaks fluently English, French, German and Chinese.
