Felix Hoch leaves the Chair of Transformation of Work
We would like to thank Felix Hoch for his contributions to the Chair of Transformation of Work and the ChanCe since 2022.
🎓 Research & academic contribution
As an Assistant Professor, Felix contributed to our research, teaching, and academic environment. His research focuses on leadership and diversity in changing work contexts, with a particular emphasis on gender diversity, innovation in digital environments, and the transformation towards new work models such as the four-day workweek.
His work has resulted in several publications in journals such as the Journal of Product Innovation Management, Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice, and Personality and Social Psychology Bulletin, and has been recognized internationally, including a nomination for the Alan M. Rugman Young Scholar Award.

He will join University College Dublin (UCD) in Dublin, continuing his academic career there.
