Matthias Sinnemann has joined our team on 2^nd November.

Mister Sinnemann got his master’s degree at Ruhr University Bochum and is currently in 3rd year of his doctoral studies, discussing the topic of innovation management.

During his studies, he worked for different start-ups in sectors such as e-learning, health management and extended reality, while gaining new experiences at ISTCE Business School (Lisbon), University of Economics and Business (Prague) and University of Windsor (Ontario).

His research interest focuses particularly on team innovation, where he researches how virtual cooperation or team-based rewards influence the team’s processes.

Additionally, he’s interested in transformation of work, especially in the motivational backgrounds and challenges of digital nomads.
