Transformation of Work Master Seminar I / II WS 2023/24

In this course, students will collaboratively understand research methods, develop and answer research questions drawing on theory, prior work, and own empirical work. Students learn how to design research projects and conduct research which aims to prepare them for their master thesis. In this years seminar students will cover one of the following three overarching topics which reflect current research interests at the department Transformation of Work.

  1. Working from Everywhere: Opportunities and Challenges of Living Life as a Digital Nomad
  2. Employees’ Well-being at Work: The Relationship Between Employees and Their Well-being in Professional Environments
  3. Zooming in on Team Dynamics in Virtual Teams
