The course provides an exploration of governance and leadership within organizations and dynamic, project-based environments. In this class, we zero in on key elements of organizational governance, project governance, and change management governance, providing students with a rich, multifaceted perspective on leadership and control. Starting from a project-based vantage point, the class explores essential leadership roles and processes that ensure alignment of projects with strategic objectives. Students will be introduced to methodologies for creating a robust project governance framework that ensures consistent decision-making, effective resource management, and performance oversight. Not only will students study these principles, but they will also get to apply them through hands-on work on real projects.
