Welcome to the application tool for the exchange programs of the School of Business and Economics!

It is currently not possible to apply. The online tool will be activated on the following dates:

• Regular application round in the summer semester ⇾ April 1 - April 10, 2026
• Application for the following double degree programs: Bachelor of Business Administration with University of Twente and Master of Business Administration with ICN-Nancy ⇾ September 1 -  September 10, 2026 
• Application for the following double degree programs: Master of Business Administration with RU Groningen, IS Master with University of Twente (application currently not possible), and Bachelor of Business Administration with ICN-Nancy ⇾  December 1 -  December 10, 2026
• Regular application round in the winter semester ⇾ January 1 - January 15, 2027

Applicants will only be selected after the application deadline.

PROCEDURE OF THE APPLICATION PROCESS:               

The first step is to fill out an online form, including your personal details, study information, certificates and letter of motivation. You can apply for up to five partner universities. Once you have successfully uploaded your documents, you must print out the application confirmation and submit it to the IRC. The respective application deadline applies.
