Main Topics

Practical introduction to Data Science and Machine Learning from a managerial perspective. Participants will work through all key phases of a Data Science project using real-world data (Kaggle), learn key concepts (AI, ML, Analytics), use relevant tools, and understand the manager’s strategic role in data-driven projects.

Learning Outcomes

Students will be able to understand and apply Data Science tools for management purposes.
