Teams and Future Work Collaborations (SS25)

Teams are prevalent in and an integral part of organizations. However, recent trends and developments, such as the introduction of new technologies, increased globalization and migration, and major events disrupting organizations are changing the nature of teamwork and contribute to the emergence of new work collaborations.

Among other topics, we will focus on how technology (specifically, virtual reality and artificial intelligence) can be valuably applied in team contexts, how virtual and hybrid teams can leverage their potential, and how leaders can support the collaboration of their team members.  More detailled information can be found in the outline in the Learnweb course --> Link below)

The seminar is limited to a maximum of 24 participants. In the event of overbooking, places will be allocated by lot.
