Management & Governance WiSe 24/25
The module teaches fundamental aspects of corporate management. The content focuses on the areas of organisation, corporate strategy, personnel management and corporate governance. A wide variety of concepts are presented and analysed in terms of their strengths and weaknesses. These concepts are illustrated using selected case studies. To this end, the module is divided into two lecture units, so that one focuses on the area of corporate constitution and the other on organisation and management.
