Our lecturers Sinan Gökduman (newshore consulting GmbH) and Tamara Wagner (MITA Consulting GmbH & Co. KG) are experienced consultants:
Sinan Gökduman has been responsible for a large number of projects abroad or with an international focus during his many years as a management consultant with a focus on IT. Experience in the field of organisational development rounds off his profile and is suitable for teaching you important characteristics of cross-national and cross-cultural cooperation.
As a management consultant, Tamara Wagner implemented a large number of cross-national projects with international teams. Thus, she can draw on a wealth of experience in the area of cultural particularities in the cooperation. These and other competences in project and process management help you to develop a feeling for the composition of international teams as well as for communication in an international context.
Registration:
There is no limitation to the number of students for this course! However, please be aware that you need to register for the examination at the examination office (PAM) during the early registration period if you are a student of Business Administration. The final examination consists of writing a seminar paper. There is no written exam! The registration for the topic of the written report is accessible later this semester in the corresponding Learnweb course (see below). In case you want to deregister from this course, the deadlines for seminars and for the early examinations apply!

Instead of weekly lectures, our lecturers offer a consecutive and interactive two-day workshop, which will take place via Zoom.
