Catching Up on AOM 2025 – Our Research Highlights

Our team took part in this year’s AOM (Academy of Management) Conference – an inspiring meeting place for researchers and practitioners from all over the world. We gained exciting insights into current management and organizational research, exchanged ideas with experts, and brought back fresh impulses for our work. ✨
We were delighted to present several of our own research projects:
Frederik Maibaum contributed three presentations:
🌿 Corporate Greenfluencing? – with Marius Mölders, Martin Keiper, Henning Zülch and @Manuel Reppmann on how Chief Sustainability Officers communicate on LinkedIn and how this supports stakeholder engagement in the sustainability transformation.
♻️ A New Perspective on Greenwashing – with Thorsten Schlüter and Florian Berg on the consequences of withholding negative environmental information.
⚡ PDW Twin Transformation – a talk on how management and governance can drive digital and sustainable transformation at the same time.
Thorsten Schlüter presented:
🚀 Radical Innovation in the Digital Age – with Prof. Dr. Johann Nils Foege and Dr. Thomas Schäper on the drivers of radical innovation in the digital era.
Marika Platz presented:
💡 The Effect of Female Leadership on Firm Innovation – with Dr. Felix Hoch and Marieke Rosenboom on the impact of female leadership on firm innovation.
⏱️ Less Time, More Support – with Prof. Dr. Johann Nils Foege in the Rethinking Worktime symposium on how reduced working time fosters creative change support.
✨ We are excited to integrate these ideas and insights into our projects and to further promote innovation and collaboration. ✨
