Last week, we were pleased to welcome Jens Hemersch to our bachelor’s module in Technology Management.
He provided us with fascinating, practical insights into the implementation of OKR (Objectives and Key Results) for agile strategy execution in companies.

The schedule for reviewing the master's exam in “Organizational Development” from the 2025/26 winter term has now been set. The review session will take place on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. under exam conditions.
Inspection is only possible with prior registration. The duration of the inspection is limited to 30 minutes. On May 4, 2026, we will notify you of your assigned time slot and the designated room.

Marika Platz is delighted to be spending the next three months at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Boston, USA. During her research stay, she will be working on a project focusing on greenwashing. The project centers on the question of how companies report environmental violations—and whether they disclose such violations at all. The project thus makes an important contribution to understanding corporate responsibility and promoting greater sustainability.
Thorsten Schlüter looks back on an inspiring research stay at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Boston, USA. Last year, he spent two months there contributing to a project on Greenwashing, which he advanced together with Dr. Florian Berg, Prof. Dr. Johann Nils Foege, and Dr. Frederik Maibaum at the MIT Sustainability Initiative. The project focuses on the question of how companies report environmental violations and whether they disclose such information at all. Its aim is to develop a deeper understanding of corporate communication, responsibility, and sustainability.
Our team took part in this year’s AOM (Academy of Management) Conference – an inspiring meeting place for researchers and practitioners from all over the world. We gained exciting insights into current management and organizational research, exchanged ideas with experts, and brought back fresh impulses for our work. ✨
