Münster Bachelor's graduate Philipp Esposito was awarded the „Preis der jungen Wirtschaft“ for the summer semester 2022 at the graduation ceremony for his Bachelor's thesis at the Chair of Banking entitled „Regulatory approaches to promote green investments - a critical analysis“. The prize is sponsored by AlumniUM e.V., the alumni association of the University of Münster School of Business & Economics, and the Wirtschaftsjunioren Nord Westfalen and is awarded once a semester for outstanding theses that deal with entrepreneurship, corporate management, SMEs, or other topics relevant to the „young economy“. 

In his thesis, Mr Esposito investigated various regulatory approaches and analyzed how these approaches affect green investments, but also the stability of banks. The Finance Center and the Chair of Banking are pleased that Mr Esposito was able to convince the jury with his thesis on this highly topical subject.
