We are pleased to congratulate Simon Stegger, M.Sc., on receiving the 2026 Science Promotion Award (Wissenschaftsförderpreis) from Sparkasse Vest Recklinghausen.
Presented for the 29th time, the awards recognize outstanding academic achievements in economics and business. This year, five young researchers were honored.
Simon received the award for his thesis, "Resilience and Firm Performance around Global Crises," completed under the supervision of Professor Dr. Christoph Schneider, University of Münster.
