Company excursion and Case Study in Münster with zeb

As part of the Finest in Finance Program

On July 2, 2026, the members of the Finest in Finance program visited zeb consulting at their headquarters in Münster for an insightful workshop on market potentials. The event offered a hands‑on look into consulting practice and valuable perspectives on the transformation of financial institutions.
After an interactive introduction to zeb and the firm’s consulting approach, the students worked in teams on a practical case study focused on assessing a bank’s market potential in its ongoing business operations. Their task was to analyze the bank’s market situation by calculating key performance indicators, identifying central problem areas, and developing actionable strategies. The main emphasis was on evaluating how the bank’s different customer segments are performing and how market potential can be fully leveraged.
Following the group work, participants came together for a relaxed evening with pizza and drinks. This informal setting provided space for further discussions, networking, and direct exchange with zeb’s consultants.
A big thank‑you to the entire zeb team for hosting the workshop, especially to Jacob Drilling and our alumnus Robin Klinsmann, who guided us through the session with great expertise and enthusiasm, and to all participants who actively contributed to the success of the event. We look forward to continuing the exchange at future events.
