End of October, our colleagues Constantin Schneider and Paul Friedrich Hark attended the 2025 Financial Management Association (FMA) Annual Meeting in Vancouver, Canada – the world’s largest finance conference. During the conference both PhD candidates presented their latest research papers titled “Signals in the Noise: Global Valuation Effects of Dividends and Share Repurchases” and “The 52-Week High and Corporate Announcements”. Beyond the enriching academic exchange, the conference offered the opportunity to join a comedy show in downtown Vancouver. After the conference Constantin and Paul seized the opportunity and traveled to the Rocky Mountains, exploring Canada’s stunning nature and wildlife in early winter.
