Yesterday, we were proud to host our Women in Finance event for the second time. The inspiring afternoon dedicated to personal growth, career insights, and open exchange was a full success.

The program began with an empowering workshop by coach Katrin Seifarth:
➡️ "(Ver)trau Dir! Wie Du Dein wahres Potential erkennst und mit dem Tiefstapeln aufhörst" – an engaging session that encouraged participants to reflect on self-worth and confidence.

We continued with powerful and personal talks from our female researchers at the Finance Center Münster, as well as guest speakers:

💡 Marilen Jahnke and Ina Hock from Finanz Informatik.
Each talk offered unique, personal insights into the speakers’ experiences in the finance industry – highlighting challenges, strategies, and lessons learned. The atmosphere was open, honest, and deeply empowering.

The event concluded with a Get-Together & Q&A, where participants had the chance to network, ask questions, and connect over great conversations and catering.
