The annual workshop of the Finance Center Münster took place on January 17th this year. Provinzial Asset Management, Moody’s Ratings, Simon-Kucher, and Ärzteversorgung Westfalen-Lippe provided exciting case studies. The master students worked on different cases in groups throughout the day and presented their results in the evening. The topics included the process of arranging a certificate product, exploring the consequences of an M&A transaction for a company's rating and creditworthiness, development of a strategy for the deposit business of a regional bank, and planning the project financing of a wind farm. Interesting conversations with the representatives of the companies present and the professors of the Finance Center Münster and a nice dinner rounded off the day.
