Tasks with prospects

• You support the management team in the digital transformation of Atruvia AG for more than 1,000 banks and 30 million bank customers* in Germany
• You support the operational implementation of the strategy and the strategic goals
• You will take on diverse and varied activities within the framework of (agile) project management and work independently on areas of responsibility
• You will work on concepts and projects (including strategy and transformation, agile organization and delivery models, trends in the financial industry) and support their implementation as well as their management-oriented preparation
• You will independently conduct research on strategy and innovation topics
• You will be supervised by an experienced colleague, receive professional and methodological support as well as regular feedback

Personality with profile 

• You are studying at an advanced stage in the field of economics, industrial engineering, business informatics, business law, business psychology or a comparable field of study
• You have very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g. PowerPoint) as well as collaboration tools and media
• Ideally, you have initial experience in strategy work and/or project work, preferably in a management consultancy, a credit institution or in the digitalization environment
• You convince with a structured and analytical way of working and possess a high degree of independence, commitment and dedication
• Your distinctive communication skills as well as your empathetic demeanor and service orientation round out your profile
