A job that inspires

 

  • You define, implement and enforce the functional steering model across all German Energy Network units
  • You define, implement and constantly work on the  improvement of an integrated reporting and KPI framework for Energy Networks that encompasses E.ON to create an adequate level of transparency
  • You are responsible for driving Business Controlling EN GER digitalisation to create a seamless process from decentral unit reporting to Group-Controlling and enhance data processing and data analytics
  • You take ownership in the coordination of BC EN GER internal processes and with the EN GER units as well as
  • You add value by conducting performance analysis and reporting (business and financial) of German Energy Network units
  • You manage projects with regard to improvement of EN GER performance such as benchmarking exercises between units, enhancement of best-practice sharing by e.g. defining und implementing common valuation principles for Energy Network projects
  • You lead EN GER Target Setting and MTP process including preparation of all supporting documentation for the E.ON SE Board and Supervisory Board
  • In your role you support the Energy Networks business from financial perspective through:
    • Ongoing development of regulatory management
    • Build-up of adjacent network business (e.g. broadband, SmartMeter rollout)
    • Valuation, investment and M&A projects
  • You are the deputy for the VP BC EN GER

 

A convincing background

 

  • You are the right candidate if you have a graduate degree in business administration with focus on controlling with strong academic record or similar qualification
  • You bring in several years of working experience, ideally in controlling of an Energy Network unit or on corporate level with focus on the network business
  • You have a distinct knowledge in data analytics to analyse and process large data volumes
  • You are a personality with strong focus on structures and end-to-end processes and the ability to challenge status-quo
  • You are characterised by strong analytical skills, profound knowledge of controlling instruments, business valuation and ideally deep understanding of energy network regulation
  • You have a strong drive, passion and ambition to excel, a high sense of responsibility and reliability as well as a the willingness to constantly learn and develop and to drive change
  • You are ready to take over responsibility
  • Your good communication and diplomatic skills coupled with assertiveness enable you to a well-developed stakeholder management also on very senior level
  • You additionally bring in an excellent command of business English
