Our partner chair at the TU Chemnitz is looking for 2 new part-time research assistants to join the young and dynamic team of Prof. Dr. Lichters: 

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

• Collaboration in the research of the professorship as well as cooperation projects
• Cooperation in teaching
• Chair administration and participation in self-administration
• Collaboration in book publications of the professorship
• Involvement in the acquisition of third-party funds

PROFILE:

• Above-average academic university degree in the field of economics, business psychology, or business informatics, or comparable disciplines, which opens access to the corresponding qualification level
• Fluent written and spoken German and English
• Knowledge of marketing, consumer psychology, statistical analysis (e.g. in R, IBM SPSS, Julia, Python)
• First experiences with quantitative-empirical research projects
• Experience with standard software for office applications, scientific presentations and calculations (MS-Office, Excel, citation managers like Zotero or similar)
• Initial experience in the area of third-party funding acquisition is an advantage
• Ability to work independently, perseverance, and the ability to react flexibly to uneven workloads
• Willingness to present your future research results to an international audience abroad.
