Performance assessment: Preparation of an experience report (3 CP) (see below)

The aim of the course is to expand students' personal and social skills. By recognizing board activities in student initiatives as part of the key qualifications module, it is acknowledged that personal and social skills can also be acquired through “learning by doing.” In addition, it recognizes that board activities in student initiatives make an important contribution to the faculty.

The content of the events includes:

• Communication and conflict management
• Presentation and rhetoric skills
• (Team) leadership
• Work and self-organization
• Computer skills

• In order to earn 3 LP credits for the course, students must hold an executive position in a student initiative for at least one year and submit a report on their experiences by the deadline.
• A prerequisite for passing the report is the submission of a list of the current executive members of the initiative. A form is available for this purpose, which the initiatives must send to the supervising staff member (by email to Gabriel Küppenbender) at the beginning of a new term of office.

• The experience report must be submitted to Gabriel Küppenbender at the Institute for Entrepreneurship (electronically by email) by July 30 for the summer semester and by February 15 for the winter semester.
