Professional selling in consulting and careers

In the second workshop of the 2025 summer semester, students on the CEAT program were able to take part in a special training session with Bernhard Rosenkranz, founder and CEO of Rosenkranz Consulting. The event took place on the campus of the University of Münster and offered a wide range of insights into the key methods of selling and persuasive communication.
The workshop focused on structured discussion management in a consulting environment. In particular, from preparation to implementation and follow-up. Together with the participants, the key steps and elements of successful sales talks were developed interactively. The hard and soft skills that are particularly in demand in practice were also discussed.
A central component was the simulation of a job interview, in which a student received valuable feedback on their own interview strategy in a realistic setting.
At the end of the event, the students had the opportunity to ask their open technical and fundamental questions and exchange ideas with Mr. Rosekranz.
