Description

This course covers the key areas of corporate human resources management. In addition to the analysis and evaluation of staffing levels and requirements, they address the design of recruitment, e-recruiting, employer branding, and employee retention. Furthermore, different approaches to leadership and personnel management are taught. Theoretical insights and empirical findings in human resources management are conveyed.
