The Institute of International Economics was established in 2008.
In terms of teaching, we offer courses on the Bachelor, Master and PhD levels. Classes cover all major topics on open-economy macroeconomics as well as international trade. Students learn how to evaluate economic problems and policy measures associated with the ongoing process of globalization in the world economy.
Research at the institute focuses primarily on theoretical and empirical issues in the areas of open-economy macroeconomics and international finance.
